Due to COVID 19 impact, we suggest that you take advantage of Early Bird registration and pay fee in full by February 25, 2022 to guarantee delivery of your conference materials.  Last day to pay fees in full is March 10, 2022. Also, all items purchased are non refundable and cannot be returned due to COVID guidelines

Conference Materials Pick-Up

We will have a drive-thru pick up for the conference materials for those who reside within Crittenden, Shelby, or Desoto County, on the following dates and times:

  •   Saturday, March 5th 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  •  Thursday, March 10th 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

If you reside out of state or outside of the counties listed above, please select the shipping option. The shipping fee is $15.

CONFERENCE PAYMENTS

CANCELLATION POLICY
PAY BY CREDIT CARD

Due to health and safety concerns in this season of COVID, all registrations will be completed online. The SISTERS organization will incur a service fee for all transactions that are completed. We would greatly appreciate, if you would donate $2.00 for the service fees to help us offset this cost.

  • There is a $10 cancellation fee prior to March 1, 2022.

  • NO refund after March 1, 2022.

  • All cancellation requests will be processed two weeks after the conference.

SPECIAL SPIRITUAL COMPONENTS
****Women's Safehaven*****

Women's Season colors are orange, yellow and Tiffany blue. Casual, comfortable attire is appropriate for the conference weekend. We encourage you to purchase a conference shirt, as Saturday is Conference T-Shirt day. If you choose not to purchase a shirt, please feel free to wear a Christian-oriented shirt of your choice.

The opening and closing worship services, Zumba, as well as our Intercessory Prayer time, will help restore your spirit and body.

We encourage you to find a quiet private space for your conference time as the conference sessions/events are all a part of our Womens Safehaven experience. We want to be mindful that private personal testimonies and conversations are going on throughout the event. What we as women share during the conference remains at the conference.
