Rev. Kim is a born-again believer and has been a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church (Memphis) since birth. She accepted The Call to ministry in April 2004. God has performed supernatural works in her life as heard in her testimonies. Rev. Kim is married to Robert Ruguaru and is the mother of Jordan, Kacey, and Ryan. She is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, FNP-C.

She believes in praying for God’s covering and for all of God’s children as God prepares them early in life for ministry. Unapologetically prophetic, through prayer ministry, it is her belief that everyone born into the world has been called to minister to God’s people through prayer by utilizing the graces, gifts, and talents He has given them.

Under the leadership of Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Barbara Green, Rev. Kim serves at Bethel AMEC as an ordained deacon, coordinator/ choreographer for Bethel’s  praise dance ministries, and functions in many other capacities. She often quotes Psalm 37:4-5: “ Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.”

She is the newfound self-published author of  Prayer Ordered Clocks (a digital guide for daily prayer) and The PraYerology 101 Online Course.

Her mission is to Teach, Preach, Pray, and Inspire. Her motto and favorite quote: ”When I stand before God at the end of my life, I want to say, that I have used everything you gave me, with nothing left.” ~ Erma Bombeck (paraphrased).
